I am. Especially after watching two documentaries that illustrated corporate theft on the world’s water during the 2008 Vancouver International Film Festival (VIFF). If countries with a large water supply, don’t properly manage there own resources, then the future of wars will be over water (not oil). Both films are powerful. One Water, directed/edited by a University of Miami professor Ali Habashsi. The film was shot on HD, and they got footage from 14 different countries, with the total cost of production going just under a million dollars. Beautifully edited that even if watched it on mute, you would still have your mouth drop and get the message. Other film is called Blue Gold, directed by Sam Bozzo and executive produced by Mark Achbar (The Corporation). Discusses the relationship between water and power, as well discloses how the Bush Family bought a large amount land in South America on the border between Brazil and Paraguay. Did you know that the world’s largest underground aquifer sits beneath Brazil? Bush owns oil and now water….scary sh*t.
